This walk through is broken into 2 steps. For this walk through I have created a sub folder in my inbox called &#8220;Test&#8221; and sub-sub-folder called &#8220;Test2&#8221;. There is a drop-down box (Permissions Level) where you can select default sharing options, or you can manually check the boxes yourself.\u00a0Make sure that Full Details is selected under Read.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2890 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cnsit.colostate.edu\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"385\" height=\"530\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cnsit.colostate.edu\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/8.png 385w, https:\/\/cnsit.colostate.edu\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/8-218x300.png 218w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 385px) 100vw, 385px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click the &#8220;Apply&#8221; button and then the &#8220;OK&#8221; button.<\/p>\n<p>The person you are sharing with is now added.
