Only people who are outside of your organization, such as partners or consultants, can be added as guests.  People from within your organization can join as regular team members.&#8221; <\/em>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoftteams\/guest-joins\">https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoftteams\/guest-joins<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>This guide will show you how to schedule or add a non-university email account to a Teams meeting.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To schedule a meeting with someone who&#8217;s not a part of the university you will want to click on the &#8220;Calendar&#8221; button in the menu on the left side of the Teams window<\/li><li>Click on the &#8220;+ New Meeting&#8221; button and add a title and select the date and time of the meeting<\/li><li>In the &#8220;Add required attendees&#8221; field input the email address the non-university attendee would like to use<\/li><li>That email address will receive a meeting invite that the non-university attendee can use to participate in the meeting by clicking on &#8220;Click here to join meeting&#8221;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, each Team meeting that is scheduled comes with an &#8220;audio-only&#8221; phone number that can be used in a pinch.
