New Quizzes in Canvas are a separate plugin to the application, so they require a slightly different process to copy from one shell to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the Settings<\/em> of the target course.<\/li>
  2. Select Import Course Content<\/em> from the Course Status<\/em> menu.<\/li>
  3. From within the Import Content<\/em> menu, select Copy a Canvas Course<\/em> as the Content Type<\/em> option.<\/li>
  4. Search for the source course using the text input.<\/li>
  5. Select the Select Specific Content<\/em> radio option for the Content.<\/em><\/li>
  6. Optionally, use the Canvas tool to adjust the content dates. This can be done later from within the Canvas course.<\/li>
  7. Click the Select Content<\/em> button to open the Select Content<\/em> modal window.<\/li>
  8. Navigate through the available material to find the source Quiz to copy. Be warned, it will not be in the Quizzes tab! Those are legacy Quizzes and not New Quizzes.<\/li>
  9. Click the Select Content<\/em> button to confirm the content selection choices. The import job will start automagically. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
