First off, a sincere thank you to everyone that completed the CNSIT Spring 2017 survey!  We received a total of 100 responses.  One of the main purposes of a survey like this is to make sure we are still in line with the needs of our customers.  IT often operates on a notion of “No News is Good News!” – however, it can also mean that things are not being reported.  We can now use this data to address any weak pylons in our setup.  As our survey was anonymous, we cannot follow up individually about specific feedback, and always encourage those with individual needs to get in touch by creating a support ticket (here!).  However, we can create public documentation on subjects that seem to require it.
