In an effort to gather more real-time data about our performance we have implemented a survey that will be sent to ticket owners when a ticket is closed.  The survey is very short, only 2 – 3 questions, and should take less than one minute to complete.  It is our hope that we will get consistent and repeated feedback from users based on individual CNSIT ticket interactions.
