As part of an initiative approved by the College of Natural Sciences College Council in their responsibilities for allocating the College Charges for Technology fees, the CNS is able to provide long-term laptop checkouts for undergraduate students at Colorado State University with majors in the College of Natural Sciences.

Laptop computers with college-licensed software are made available to students for checkout. At this time, the College does not offer the ability to check out additional technology-related accessories (e.g., headsets, microphones, adapters). The laptop checkout period may be short (a couple of days) but this is generally intended for students requiring extended (one semester or more) checkout. The maximum period for checkout will be two semesters during the regular academic year (Fall/Spring semesters). In special cases, students may request to utilize this program beyond one academic year and/or during a summer semester. For shorter-term rentals (hours or days), consider the CSU Library Laptop Program.

Students should be a CNS undergraduate student and currently enrolled in undergraduate courses.
