WHAT: We will be upgrading the OSTicket software to the latest stable release. There are many new enhancements we would like to take advantage of. For more information, check out the following: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/releases
IMPACT: The CNSIT South IT ticket system located at https://cnsit.colostate.edu/help will be offline during the upgrades. For immediate assistance, please contact local IT support directly via telephone, email, or in person.
STATUS: Completed – Actual downtime was from 10:00am to 10:15am. Service announced available after internal testing at 10:55am.
