Microsoft MyAnalytics and Cortana Briefings

Microsoft has recently introduced a couple of tools in Microsoft 365 that are intended to help with organization and efficiency. These tools send daily emails to your CSU email address which some have found to be bothersome. This article will explain how to turn these emails off.

MyAnalytics

  • Navigate to https://portal.office.com.
  • Choose the All Apps on the left toward the bottom.
  • Choose MyAnalytics.
  • Choose the gear icon in the upper right.
  • Choose settings.
  • Turn it off.

Cortana Briefings

  • Navigate to https://cortana.office.com.
  • Log in with your NetID@colostate.edu and your NetID password.
  • Choose the unsubscribe button.
