Using Microsoft Office Online Repair

  1. Close all Microsoft applications
  2. Go to the Windows icon in the lower left corner of your desktop
  3. Type in Control Panel
  4. Select Control Panel
  5. In the top right corner of the Control Panel select “View By: Small Icons”
  6. Select Programs and Features
  7. Scroll through the list of applications until you see Microsoft Office
  8. Right click on “Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise” and click Change
  9. Select the Online Repair and click Repair
  10. This can take up to 10-15 minutes to complete
  11. Reboot your PC/laptop
  12. Open Microsoft applications
