Open a browser and in the address bar at the top type portal.office.com
Login to the Microsoft Office365 portal with your eid/netid email and eid/netid password
Once you are logged in to the portal, on the left side of the page, select the Outlook icon
Select the calendar icon in the top left of the page
On the left of the calendar page, select Add Calendar
In the pop up box, select the Add From Directory
In the “enter name or email address” field, type the the name of the room you’d like to add
After a moment the room for reservation will populate and click on it
Under the Add To field select Rooms from the drop down menu
In a moment the room calendar will show up on the left of the Outlook page under Rooms
